Yes. Takeover optimization ($2,000) works on the site you already have: we capture a full baseline of it first, then fix and optimize it, and hand it back. A new Foundation or Growth build without a retainer adds a $500 handoff that covers the static export of your finished site, help pointing your domain, and transfer documentation. Builds paired with a retainer skip the handoff, because hosting and upkeep are part of the plan.

Real search movement builds over 6 to 12 months, and anyone promising faster is guessing. Technical improvements land right away, so your first monthly reports show speed and site-health gains immediately while the search side compounds.

You do. Your domain stays in your registrar account, and your site, content, and analytics are yours. We hold edit access to do the work, and if you leave, everything stays with you through a documented exit.

Service runs on a three-month initial term, then continues month to month. After the initial term, either side can end it with thirty days' written notice. Annual plans are prepaid at a discount; cancel one early and the refund is the amount paid minus the months used, priced at the standard monthly rate. When service ends, your domain stays yours, your website files are delivered within fifteen days of your request, hosting continues for thirty days, and there is no exit fee. The service agreement states these terms in full.
