Who we are
Nauvativ is a search and website management service operated by Luis Santos in California. You can reach us at hello@nauvativ.com or (626) 344-9693.
What we collect
When you request an audit, you give us your name, business name, email, phone number, and website address. When you email, call, or text us, we keep the correspondence. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operations. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your audit, provide services you sign up for, and reply to your messages. We send transactional email, such as confirming a request you made. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it goes
Your information passes through the services we use to run the business: Cloudflare for website delivery and email routing, our workflow server for processing requests, Google for spreadsheets and email, and Slack for internal notifications. If you book a meeting through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by HubSpot under its own terms. Each provider processes data under its own security practices, and some processing may occur in the United States or the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and correspondence as ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will, unless a legal or accounting reason requires keeping it.
Your choices
Email hello@nauvativ.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Security
We use HTTPS, restrict who can access stored information, and keep credentials in secured storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
