How it works

Always watching, never on autopilot

The short version: software finds the work, a person signs off on it. Here is the whole loop at a high level.

01

We learn your business

The free audit and a short intake tell us what you do, who you serve, and how your customers actually search for it. That becomes the plan we work from.

02

The system watches

Around the clock, automated systems track how you show up on Google, in maps, and in AI answers, and how fast your site runs. Nothing gets checked once and forgotten.

03

It drafts, a person approves

When something can be better, the system drafts the fix. A person reviews every draft and signs off before anything touches your site. Nothing ships on autopilot.

04

You can just ask

Call, text, or email a change in plain English. We confirm it, make it, and tell you when it's live, within two business days.

05

You see everything

A plain note when each change ships, and a monthly report that leads with the numbers, in language you'll never need a glossary for.

What this accomplishes for you

You get found when people search, picked when they compare, and a site that is handled without you thinking about it, at local-business prices. The technology is how the work stays fast and affordable. The sign-off is how it stays accountable.

What we are trying to change

This market sells maintenance, search work, and content as three separate bills, hides prices behind sales calls, and too often sells promises nobody can keep. We publish every price, bundle the work, and promise only what we control.

Honest timelines

Real search movement builds over 6 to 12 months, and anyone promising faster is guessing. Technical improvements land right away, which makes the first monthly reports satisfying: speed and site health jump as soon as the initial changes ship, while the search side compounds over the months that follow.

You own everything

Your domain stays in your registrar account. Your site, content, and analytics are yours. We hold the edit access needed to do the work, and if you ever leave, everything stays with you through a documented exit.

Coming: your own portal

A client portal with dashboards and an in-app request logger is in development.
